A faculty member in the General Management department, specializing in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Entrepreneurship. She also is a core team member of MBA Sports Management Program. With an extensive academic and professional background, Dr. Vandana has made significant contributions to the field through research and teaching. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, with a focus on CSR and sustainability. She has pursued her master’s from TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai & Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.  As a dedicated educator, Dr. Vandana has taught courses on CSR, ESG, NGO Management, Entrepreneurship, E Sports and Grassroots Sports Development. In addition to her academic endeavors, Dr. Vandana has served as a board member (Uplift Mutuals) and advisor to various NGOs (DORAI Foundation, SEAL Ashram, Jeevan Aadhar Transformative Aftercare Services etc) advising them on CSR and ESG strategies and helping them develop sustainable business models. 

She has been a reviewer with Business Perspectives and Research (Category C), Emerald Emerging Market Cases, Humanities and Social Sciences Communication (Springer Nature) and Afro-Asian J. of Finance and Accounting (Inderscience).
