workforce nowadays comprises of a decent number of representation from women. Taking into consideration of the factors, the researchers here have put in an effort to find out the emergence of a new disturbance in workplace termed as workplace incivility and to find out the reasons and the resultant effect on those affected. The focus is mostly on the outcome of employee general well-being at work. With the focus on several factors contributing to general wellbeing, the moderating effect of trust is also measured on both the dependent and independent variables. The study was done by team leaders and team members showing that creating decent workplace (reduced incivility) enables trust development on the leader and the team members and ensuring greater general wellbeing.
