Dr. Meghna Goel is a full-time faculty in the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources  Management area at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. She has taught Human  resource management, Organizational behavior, Performance management, Entrepreneurial  Leadership & Behavior, and Competitive decision-making courses to full-time MBA, Executive MBA, and Part-time MBA programs. She has extensively worked with Indian Family Businesses  to curate human resource management and organizational behavior courses during her association with NMIMS,Mumbai. She has contributed to academic cases in the HRM/OB area in founder-led businesses. 

Before her career in academics, she had been associated with companies like Cadbury India  Limited, Bajaj Allianz Life, and LifeScan, Inc. During corporate stints, she has primarily  worked in the areas of performance management and learning & development. She has also  conducted MDPs for several organizations. 

She has a Ph.D. in management from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Her teaching pedagogy focuses on real-life business problem-solving through established theories, academic cases,  and her own experiences. Her current research interests lie in the field of technology &  people processes and employee well-being.
