Qualification: Graduate in any field/10+5 or Equivalent

Required Experience: 2+ Years in the same field

Job Description:

  • Answering all the incoming calls and redirecting to the right individual
  • Handle all the basic queries related to SSA and ongoing programs
  • Greeting guests/customers and providing them required information
  • Updating appointment calendars, maintaining attendance for assigned employees
  • Any other works assigned by respective authorities.

 

Tentitive Office Timings: 8.00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Skills

Good Communication Skills.
Proficient with MS Office and Google apps.
