Dr. Hitesh Punjabi (CMT)
Dr Hitesh Punjabi is a Professor with Department of Finance, K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is PhD (Management Studies- Finance), MBA (Finance), B.E(Chemical), CMT (Chartered Market Technician) and Alumnus of IIM Indore.
He has more than 15+ years of experience in Industry and Management education. Earlier, he was associated with leading corporations likes Anand Rathi Securities, Religare Securities, HSBC Invest Direct Securities, East India Securities, ARJ Securities in the field of Equity Research and with Chetana’s Institute of Management & Research. He has also conducted Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Management Development Programs (MDPs) on a variety of topics for reputed organizations. He has chaired many research conferences, workshops and seminars. Prof Hitesh has contributed articles and has published research papers in national and international publications. He is Mentor for Atal Incubation Centre supported by NITI-AAYOG.
He has been a Visiting Faculty for Finance at various institutes of Management since 2003. His areas of expertise are Financial Markets,Security Analysis & Portfolio Management,
