Training forms an important part of work life, in an increasingly competitive business environment.  Appropriate training and development will help increase both individual & organization performance thus maximizing outputs. The program will provide insights on various aspects of training and aid individuals hone their training skills therefore building the capability of being a trainer.

 

Objectives

The objective of the course is to help the learners learn to assess training needs, prioritize them, design training programmes, deliver training programmes, evaluate training programmes, as also learn to plan training calendar, training budget , scheduling a training , costing of a training programme and running a training function.

 

Learning Outcomes

The participant will learn to

  1. Recognize the importance of participants & Appreciate participant learning styles along with adult learning principles.
  2. Create A Training Calendar & Training
  3. Develop an effective training style & understand the key principles of effective communication in a workshop setting
  4. Create an instruction guide.
  5. Conduct a short group training session that incorporates these training concepts.
  6. Identify Training needs to Training Evaluation the journey. Understand the ADDIE & 6D model. 
  7. Use a variety of training techniques to stimulate participation & Develop a plan and prepare for an effective training session
  8. Understand various aspects of a congenial training environment.
  9. Identify advanced interventions for difficult situations.

 

Pedagogy

This workshop will use a mix of role plays, case study, experience sharing, and group discussions. There will also be skill practice sessions.

The workshop will focus on Learning and Data worksheets in Excel from Budget to TNA to Training Evaluation.
