Dr. Asha Prasuna is Professor of Eonomics and International Finance, Chairperson of Case Research Centre  at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She holds  M.A, M.Phil and  Doctoral degree in Philosophy (Ph.D) in Economics from University of Hyderabad, a Central University. She has corporate experience at public sector and multi-national Companies for 14 years and academic experience of around 15 years. She executed consultancy projects for large corporates and also conducts corporate training. She is Guest Editor for ABDC journal, Editorial Board Member of LSRS, Springer,  and reveiwer for Scopus Q1 Journals.. She successfully published in reputed journals and also  granted two patents and copyrights each. She co-authored six books published by TMH, Cengage Learning and Taxmann. Her areas of interest include Macroeconomics, International Finance and Econometrics.
