The programme is designed for experienced professionals who are ready to move beyond functional expertise and develop the perspective required to lead at the enterprise level. It brings together strategy, finance, operations, customer-centricity, leadership, risk, technology, digital transformation and innovation—helping participants understand how decisions across the organisation connect to create sustainable value. Across five integrated modules, participants progress from understanding how an enterprise creates and manages value, to thinking and managing across functions, leading people and organisations, driving transformation, and creating new sources of growth and value. The curriculum is designed to build the judgement, breadth and leadership capability required to move from managing a function to leading an enterprise. The programme combines rigorous academic learning with direct workplace application. Teaching is delivered on campus over weekends, while each module includes an applied project that enables participants to address a real business challenge. Group coaching is integrated throughout the programme to help participants translate learning into meaningful impact in their roles and organisations. Digital and AI capabilities are embedded across the curriculum, covering digital strategy, enterprise technology, data and decision intelligence, digital transformation and the practical application of AI to business and leadership challenges

Why Choose This Programme?

The five module projects build progressively towards a single, integrated enterprise transformation plan that participants develop over the course of the programme. This enables participants to connect learning across modules and apply it to a meaningful business context.

Experiential learning is embedded within the relevant modules through components such as the Enterprise Simulation Lab, Executive Decision Seminars, AI & Digital Innovation Lab, and Innovation Sprint & Venture Lab.

Transformation Mandate (Optional)

Participants may choose to undertake a live transformation initiative within their own organisation alongside the five modules. The mandate is scoped in consultation with the participant’s organisational sponsor and reviewed by faculty, providing an opportunity to apply programme learning to a significant business challenge.

The Transformation Mandate is entirely optional and is not a mandatory requirement for completion of the programme

Programme Highlights

The programme is available to both corporate-sponsored and self-sponsored participants. The two routes are outlined below.

For organisations

Organisations can nominate or sponsor managers who demonstrate the potential to take on broader responsibilities and enterprise-level leadership roles. Participants remain in their professional roles while undertaking the programme, enabling them to apply their learning directly to real business challenges, connect module projects to their organisational context, and create value for the organisation while developing their own leadership capabilities

For Individuals

Professionals can undertake the programme while continuing in their current roles, enabling them to learn, apply and create impact without stepping away from their careers. The weekend format, workplace-based projects and integrated group coaching are designed around the demands of experienced working professionals, making it possible to translate learning directly into the workplace.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our programme is designed around a clear purpose - to develop enterprise leaders, not functional managers. It integrates Enterprise Thinking, Leadership as Coaching and AI-Enabled Leadership into a single leadership journey.

Rather than adding leadership as one subject, leadership is the organising principle of the curriculum.

An MBA primarily develops management capability. Our Executive MBA develops leadership capability.

Participants certainly strengthen business knowledge, but equal emphasis is placed on executive judgement, coaching, enterprise thinking, AI-enabled decision-making and organisational transformation.

Most organisational problems are not functional problems.

They are enterprise problems involving multiple functions.

Enterprise Thinking enables leaders to understand organisational interdependence and make better strategic decisions.

Leadership happens in teams.

Group coaching enables executives to learn from diverse experiences, challenge assumptions and build reflective leadership capability while remaining scalable and collaborative.

AI is no longer a technology issue.

It is a leadership issue.

Executives need to understand how AI affects strategy, marketing, finance, operations, governance and decision-making.

Embedding AI across the curriculum reflects how organisations actually work.

Yes.

It combines strong academic foundations with evidence-based teaching, executive discussion, workplace application and reflective learning.

Academic rigour and practical relevance are equally important.

No. The programme follows a carefully planned weekend schedule, with regular breaks built in to give you time for personal commitments and professional responsibilities. This allows you to pursue the EMBA while maintaining a healthy balance between work, study and personal life.In addition, select courses may be delivered online, offering greater flexibility while maintaining a rich and engaging learning experience.

The sequence is intentional.

A great deal.

Participants are expected to apply learning continuously within their organisations.The workplace becomes an extension of the classroom.

Each module has a project which focusses on the learnings for the module. In addition, participants may undertake an Optional Corporate Transformation Project where appropriate.

The emphasis is on solving real organisational challenges rather than producing academic reports alone.

Leadership without business understanding is incomplete.

Participants first establish common management foundations before progressing to enterprise leadership and transformation.

The sequence is intentional.

Not through examinations alone.

Assessment combines academic performance, executive presentations, workplace application, reflective practice, simulations and leadership behaviours.

The programme includes continuous review involving faculty, participants, alumni, employers and the Academic Advisory Board.

Experienced professionals with the potential to take leadership roles in their existing organizations. They are the ones who have demonstrated leadership potential and who are willing to learn, reflect, collaborate, and apply new ideas in their organizations. Minimum experience required post completion of undergraduate is 6 years.

The quality of the cohort is central to the learning experience.

Graduates should:

  • think beyond functional silos;
  • lead organisational transformation;
  • make better strategic decisions;
  • coach and develop others;
  • use AI responsibly;
  • create long-term organisational value.

Experience alone does not produce leadership.

Reflection converts experience into learning, judgement and behavioural change.

That is why reflection is integrated throughout the programme.

Organisations gain leaders who think strategically, collaborate across functions, lead transformation, develop others and apply learning immediately in the workplace.

The programme aims to strengthen organisational capability, not just individual careers.

Not rankings alone.

Success is reflected in graduates who strengthen organisations, develop future leaders, embrace responsible innovation and create lasting organisational and societal value.

This Executive MBA is not designed to produce better managers.

It is designed to develop enterprise leaders who can lead organisations through complexity, transformation and the AI-enabled future.
