K J Somaiya Institute of Management participated in Mahindra Finance’s 'ASPIRE Connect 2026', an industry immersion programme designed to facilitate interaction between senior leaders and MBA students.

The session featured leaders including Raul Rebello (CEO & MD, Mahindra Finance) , Sandeep Mandrekar (Chief Business Officer, Mahindra Finance) , Manish Sinha (CHRO) , Anu Raj (CMO) and Suresh Agarwal (CEO, Mahindra Insurance Brokers Limited), who shared insights on leadership, innovation and the evolving financial services landscape. A roundtable discussion and a CV-building session further provided students with practical exposure and career guidance.

The event concluded by highlighting the role of industry engagement in bridging academic learning with real-world application and encouraging students to approach their careers with adaptability and purpose.
