As a passionate teacher and learner for the past 22 years, I have rich experience in interacting with students and adults between the age group of 16 to 35, mostly as a teacher, often as a counsellor and sometimes as a trainer. Career, Organization Behaviour, Indian Ethos and Management, Diversity ,Equity & Inclusion are some of the areas I enjoy gathering knowledge about. Student development by encouraging sensitivity and observation skills in all spheres of life is one of my teaching mantras. I also attempt to replace fear with confidence and positive emotional connections where students learn lifelong with wonder, delight, enthusiasm and curiosity.  Everday prayer is to do good to as many individuals as possible.
