One of the key goal of K J Somaiya Institute of Management is to enable the students to transform into
competent professionals and value-based & purpose-driven leaders.
To enable this transformation and ensure KJSIM students are Day-1 Ready, KJSIM has launched Parivartan, a
dynamic framework with two key pillars: Nurturing Potential (NP) and the Student Progression Index (SPI).
Nurturing Potential helps students recognize their innate capabilities/competencies and take responsibility
for their development. The Student Progression Index or assess the student's performance within and
beyond classrooms.
The Professional Development & Placement (PDP) team at KJSIM runs student readiness initiatives to
prepare them for internships and placements and assists in the same.
This programme equips students with a deep understanding of contemporary marketing theories, tools, and
practices, enabling them to lead with confidence in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
