Alumni can avail the academic records (Transcripts, Bonafide Certificate/Medium of Instruction, Duplicate Marksheets/Degree Certificates and Equivalence Certificates) by writing to the Exam Department at

In Person
Alumni can come to institute and apply for transcripts by carrying the required documents as mentioned below, pay the transcript fee in Accounts department and submit their documents in Examination department.In case of offline application, submission of documents, payment, receipt of transcript is necessarily to be done in person. Currently in-person applications have been suspended in the wake of pandemic.
Alumni can mail their below listed documents to in pdf format. Transcripts processing fees can be transferred by NEFT using the details shared below. The Exam department will coordinate with Accounts department,get the transcript processed and electronically transfer it to required agencies (WES, IQAS, etc) or courier it to alums.

Alumni have to make an advance payment of INR 1000/- for first transcript and INR 1000/- for every subsequent copy of transcript.


If the alum wants the transcripts to be couriered within India, an additional courier fee of INR 100/- has to be paid along with the above said fee. For international courier, please contact the Exam department. In case someone can collect it on alum’s behalf from institute, courier charges will not be applicable.

Duplicate Marksheets And Degree Certificate

Advance payment of INR 500/- per marksheet and INR 1000/- for degree certificate to be made on below mentioned NEFT details The institute cannot issue duplicate degree certificate for Mumbai University affiliated courses. Alumni will have to apply for the same to Mumbai University directly.
