The Corporate Engagement Committee hosted the fourth session of Season 3 of its flagship series Careers and Conversations on 9th October 2025, themed "I Am Possible." The guest speaker was Madhusudan Kela, Founder of MK Ventures and alumnus of the 1991 batch.

Mr. Kela traced his journey from a small village in Chhattisgarh to becoming a prominent figure in India's financial industry, emphasising that success stems from perseverance and self-belief rather than privilege. He credited his mentor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala as a turning point in his career and shared key insights on wealth creation, discipline and the importance of mentorship.

The session also touched on India's growing entrepreneurial spirit, lessons from the 2008 financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic and the value of balancing professional ambition with spirituality, health and gratitude.

The event concluded on an inspiring note, with Kela offering to personally mentor two outstanding students of KJSIM as a gift to his alma mater, reinforcing the institute's culture of meaningful industry-academia engagement.
