Transcripts

Alumni can request transcripts online. and Online Application Process

Step 1

Prepare your documents (see list below).

Step 2

Email them in PDF format to

studentrecords.kjsim@somaiya.edu
Step 3

Make the payment via NEFT (details below)

Step 4

The Exam Department will process your request and:

  • Send transcripts electronically to WES, IQAS, etc.
  • Courier transcripts (additional charges apply).

Duplicate Marksheets & Degree Certificates

Alumni can request duplicate copies in case of loss or damage.

  • Completed Duplicate Document Application Form
  • FIR copy (if lost)
  • Scanned copy of original marksheet/degree certificate

Alumni needing an Equivalence Certificate can apply via email.
